Visit #1  -  No obligation site consultation

Landscape Concepts will undertake to visit with clients on site.
At this time our designer will discuss your dreams and carry out a site survey, taking information and measurements in regards to existing site elements, trees, grades and other obstacles.
With this information in hand we can then start the design concept.

Visit #2  -  Draft and Estimate.

We will create a draft of the designers concept, estimate the cost of the project and submit it to the client for initial approval. At this stage, we can make any changes to the design concept.

Visit #3  -  Landscape plan, fixed quote and time lines.

At this meeting a full concept design layout is submitted to the client for final approval.

This will include:
1) Landscape Plan
2) List of materials to be used and samples
3) Fixed Price Quotation (not just and estimate)
4) Time lines to complete the concept (starting and completion times)
